Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping is free on orders over $60. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Delivery times
- Domestic: 3–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare accurate values on all customs documentation.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions.
If a product causes irritation or a reaction, contact us regardless of how much you have used. We will refund it and cover the return shipping.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost. A photo of the item and packaging helps us fix the underlying issue.
