How long until my order ships?
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day. Everything else ships the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $60. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a product causes irritation, contact us — we will refund it and cover the return shipping.
Using the products
Which product should I start with?
A moisturiser. It is the single step that does the most for a struggling barrier.
Can I use these with retinol or acids?
Yes. Apply the active first on dry skin, then follow with a barrier cream to buffer. If you are flaking or stinging, reduce the active before adding more moisturiser.
How long before I see a difference?
Comfort usually improves within a few days. Visible improvement in flaking and redness typically takes two to four weeks of consistent use.

Are your products fragrance-free?
Yes. None of our formulas contain fragrance or essential oils.
Are they tested on animals?
No.
Are they non-comedogenic?
Our facial formulas are formulated to be non-comedogenic.
